How to apply for being an outstanding teacher of Service-Learning?

The application shall be filed in the following manners:

1st Stage: The teachers shall complete and prepare the application form and information about Service-Learning programs and Service-Learning results, and then file the application.

2nd Stage: The name list of winners will be decided based on the review on related information and verbal report.

Note: The teacher’s qualifications: Shall be the full-time professor, associate professor, assistant professor or lecturer who has taught in the University for more than one (1) year consecutively.
