2 | Recitals (Evaluation on Service Programs) | The “service learning” aims to promote the courses combining “service” and “learning”. By upholding the experiential education as the main scheme, we communicate the importance of combination of “profession”, “service” and “learning” through scheduled community service programs to boost the reciprocal development of the school, students and communities. | |||||||||||||||||||
3 | Objectives of Plan | The “community development” consists of such important topics as fulfillment of life quality, local identity and social relationship, which is identified as the concrete practice of life, and also a life attitude and value. The “public participation” is an important approach to practice democratic life and a required procedure to fulfill the community development. | |||||||||||||||||||

5 | Objectives of Courses | The courses are intended to explore the nature of community development in terms of three factors about the “sustainable thinking” including environment, economy and society, and also verify the contents of community development based on actual cases. The relevant operations hope that the students may target the communities around the school or of the importance for discussion, in order to know the meaning of community development and public participation through physical experience and interaction. | |||||||||||||||||||
