What should be noted upon completion of the service?

The following shall be noted upon completion of the service:

*   Confer the letter of gratitude to service recipients.

*   If verification of subsidies is required, please complete the verification within one (1) month after the case is closed.  Please refer to the “download file section” for the verification rules.

*   Close report: For details, please refer to the requirements defined by various teachers who offer the courses. Don’t forget to keep the close report! You may participate the “Holistic Care Award” Service-Learning competition organized by CYCU per school year.
