Whether any substantial certificate is conferred for “CYCU General Education-Service-Learning”?

Of course! Upon taking the courses and completing the “Volunteer Basic Training” and Volunteer Special Training”, the student may be awarded the national volunteer service handbook.  The handbook shall be effective in perpetuity.  Students may apply with the University for the relevant volunteer service certificate via registration of service hours.
